What we do
RUBRO builds custom software for businesses. This site is informational and commercial: it does not sell or contract anything online. The only transaction it allows is booking a 20-minute call, free and with no obligation. That is why there is no pricing or shipping information: there is no electronic contracting.
Terms of use
Access to the site is free and open. Whoever uses it undertakes not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to reach restricted areas —the administration panel— and not to disrupt its operation.
Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to RUBRO, except those identified as coming from elsewhere. The product screenshots are of systems built by RUBRO and are shown with test data, never with real customer data.
The business data RUBRO uses internally for its commercial prospecting comes from two sources. The OpenStreetMap data is subject to the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0, © OpenStreetMap contributors.
The Google Maps data comes from the Google Places API, provided by Google, and is used under the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. That content belongs to Google and RUBRO does not store it: it is fetched at the moment of display and discarded. Only the place identifier and, for 30 calendar days, its coordinates are retained, which is what those terms allow. The details are in the Privacy policy.
Liability
RUBRO takes care over the accuracy of what it publishes, but does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption. Links to third-party sites are offered for reference only and RUBRO is not responsible for their content.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law.
