Who we are

Two engineers. Nobody in between.

RUBRO is Carlos and Alejandro. The same people who build your software keep it running afterwards. When you write, the person who built it replies — not an account manager.

Why it matters

no handovers · no account managers

No middlemen, fewer things that fail.

It isn't a way we organise ourselves. It is what keeps the software running once delivery is behind you.

  1. You explain your problem three times: to the salesperson, to the manager and, with luck, to whoever will build it.

You tell it once, to whoever will build it. Nothing gets lost along the way.

  2. The team that built it moves to another project and yours is left orphaned.

Whoever built it operates it. There is no handover because there is no one to hand it to.

  3. Something breaks and the alert passes through three inboxes before reaching anyone who knows.

The alert goes straight to whoever knows the system line by line.

  4. Maintenance is a fee and nobody can tell you what it covers.

It is a routine that leaves a record: backups restored every week, checks every day, data reconciled every night.

The people

Carlos and Alejandro.

Two engineers with the same trade: building systems a business depends on every day, and staying to operate them.

Introduction — in their own words, on the call

Their introductions aren't written yet, and that isn't an oversight: we would rather you met them on the call. They take it themselves.

Direct line

Whichever way you write, the same two reply.

Try it: pick how you would get in touch.

The person who built the system reads it. There is no inbox in between.

How we work

Small first, always running.

  1. 01

    It starts tightly scoped

The first commission can be small: a way to judge us on facts before committing to more.

  2. 02

    It ships working

With its tests and checks that leave a written record. Nothing lives in anyone's memory.

  3. 03

    It is operated afterwards

Backups restored every week, checks every day, data reconciled every night. Delivery doesn't close the job: it starts it.
