RB-02The app
«My people are out on the road and the paperwork turns up on Friday.»
The phone out in the field, connected to the office
Orders dictated from the van, job sheets signed on site, hours logged where they're worked. What gets said out there stops getting lost.
What's installed
In production: the orders sales reps dictate from the phone out on the road, and 30 milliseconds median to the office inbox. From the same workshop comes SmartTS, the hours app for field service engineers, with 1,522 automated tests counted in its repository — they belong to its desktop application, not the mobile one, and we say so because a borrowed figure is not a figure.

Not for you if…
If your team is two people who see each other every day in the workshop, an app is more machinery than you need.
If your crews are going to have to use their own phones, that fight is had before a line of code is written. It's settled with an agreement with your people, not with an app.
It's here on purpose. A supplier who never says no is a supplier who hasn't looked at your case.
